On foot of an email I recieved, I checked out how the inplay trades perform on the Irish races and interestingly, they do poorly. They rose up to around €100 (to a €10 stake) but have fallen sharply down to -60. Perhaps it's the lack of liquidity on the in-running Irish races that see them perform poor? I'm not quite sure but it's something to keep an eye on.
