The optimism continued in the US yesterday as the Dow Jones hit an all time high on Wall Street:

The S&P500 reached five year highs. It's interesting as it has gained back all the losses since the crash. I always find it interesting when we hit unknown territory to see where the new levels are. Will we see profit taking now or will it continue? On thing is for sure, I don't want to be swimming against the tide in the short term on this one.
One bet for today on the favourites strategy, priced around even money. Here's Timeform's comment:
3.40 Font - Speedy Bruere
Chase winner in France, and built on encouragement of first 2 starts for
current yard when winning with plenty to spare at Towcester last time.
Penalty may not be enought to stop him following up.
On the handicaps, Gordon Elliott's Barney's Honour (4.15 Downpatrick) looks well in with a penalty for Saturday's win. Should have a good few pounds in hand although the price will probably be very short.
